ChatRolé looks to be a Brazilian based Chatroulette alternative, it looks to be using a third party script like a lot of other sites. It's a rather lite weight site, no ads that I can see but there's a problem, it's not active, no worries about being nexted then.
Update: Chatrole.com.br doesn't look to be offering video chat anymore.
