Hey-People
Hey-People is freaking flash, plenty of bells and whistles. There seems to be a decent amount of people using it and it seems pretty fast and stable, but there is quite an annoying animation between zapping people (nexting).

The cool thing about hey-people is, that they have some really nice features, like making friends
