I'm partial to Omegle, Chathopper and Shufflepeople, they all seem to have a lot of users. Though Chathopper and Shufflepeople can throw a wobbly every now and then and throw up repeats.
So I'd have to say Omegle is the best Chatroulette Alternative around, the only downside with it is the captchas.
