AnoChat doesn't seem all that active, but there are people on it. AnoChat seems pretty stable and fast, but there is one thing that annoys me, the cam windows don't appear in their default ratios, they're scalable horizontally which gives a squashed or stretched look to the cam windows.
Another feature to note is they have the option for adults only called AnoChat Ero, though there seems to be even less people there.
Update: Anochat.com seems to be no more.

Another good site is http://www.multiwocchat.com. It's similar to multichatpig, but uses WocChat instead.
