Most Chatroulette alternatives I've found try to blur the line between general audience and mature content, I don't know why, it seems to me that they should all be 18+, you never know what you're gonna see. With HotXChat there's no mistaking who their target audience is, mainly adults who want to get naughty. At the time of writing there were a few dozen people on, interestingly most people had their clothes on, strange occurrence for a random chat site.
